Ozarks Football League teams consists of players who are currently in 5th, 6th,
7th or 8th grades. Partial scholarships are available for student athletes unable to pay a full registration fee. If you are granted a partial scholarship, your registration fee will be $100.
If you have previously registered for 2021, have been granted a scholarship and wish to pay by debit or credit card on-line,
please go here.
Please read the below carefully and if you are in complete agreement, complete the form and send.
Deadline for registration is February 15, 2021. YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER BEFORE APPLYING FOR A SCHOLARSHIP.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT REGISTERING FIRST.
I hereby certify that the information provided on this form
is true and correct and any false information submitted may result in the dismissal of the applicant/participant
without refund. I agree to pay $215 for any rental equipment not turned in by season's end.
A copy of student's most recent grades and a copy of school reduced lunch letter MUST be either scanned and emailed to
rlittle@OzarksFootball.com or image of documents texted to (417) 655-5592 or mailed to:
Ozarks Football League, P.O. Box 3436, Springfield, MO 65808-3436. A scholarship cannot be granted without these items.
Paperwork (scholarship form, reduced lunch letter or copy of grades) will not be accepted at equipment fitting.
If you cannot afford the
reduced registration rate of $100, please contact your head coach.
By applying for an OFL scholarship, you are also volunteering your services
to actively participate in a team fund-raiser.
By typing my signature in the below "Parent's or

signature shall have the same legal effect as an original signature and is
